cli_tests.cfg: fix all 56 stale /opt/perforce/p4-sdp references
(the planned 2026.2 path, not 2026.1's helix-sdp) across setup
steps and output assertions -- after the SDP-1394 script fix,
running this suite as-is would have failed nearly everywhere,
since -local setup staged binaries in the wrong directory and
OnlineInstall*/PreflightAbort/DryRun assertions expected the wrong
path in output. Left the two genuine .p4-sdp.home_dir_backup
filename references alone (a fixed identifier, unrelated to the
package-structure naming).
Also added a new "Upgrade" test group: installs the real SDP
2025.2 Patch 1 (fetched from the frozen Classic depot at its
actual GA changelist) as a real customer's starting point, then
upgrades to the current dev tree using the documented
package-structure upgrade procedure, with explicit regression
guards for both SDP-1394 (no premature p4-sdp directory) and
SDP-1395 (sdp_upgrade.sh must report real success, not a false
FAILED). Closes the automated-coverage gap that let both bugs
ship in 2026.1 GA.
