CVS parse detection of 'comment' in RCS header.

 - Includes test case 049 parse-comment

job000088RCS file comments are causing "Unknown RCS Type" messages.
Since these only see...m to be triggered by RCS comments, this is probably not causing any other problems but the message.

The comment line:

"comment\t@; @;"  causes "Unknown RCS type "@"

The comment line

"comment\t@ ;; @;" causes "Unknown RCS type "" "

I have emailed two ,v files to paul which contain these comments.

The error message is located in the file "RcsSchema.java" «
