Add P4Config support to P4Connect.
It checks for a P4Config Environment variable, and if found, looks for the controlling P4Config file.
It then pre-populates the settings with information from P4Config and kicks off a validate.
You can re-run the P4Config routine by turning on and off the checkbox from within the P4Connect settings.
