Fix typo (swapped params) in compile.c, and update jamgram.c/y
to reflect newest jamgram.yy.

Note: the changes to jamgram.[cy] from the patch were discarded, and
these were rebuilt on the integration platform, since the patch failed
due to differences in the yacc between the "internal" build platform and
the Public Depot integration platform. - rmg
