Completed support for 'import+' handling.
Simplified logging.
Fixed bug where CBD keys were not cleanly updated in case of a removal of
an import.
Fixed internal doc bugs.

CBD-21Keys not cleaned up when import or shore is removed from *.cbdsst.

Removing a...n import or share in the *.cbdsst leaves the keys hanging around.
"Blobbing" the CBD keys (See CBD-16) should solve this issue, but I'm
filing this bug to remember to verify that. «
