Remove old Ruby 1.6 cruft from P4Ruby.
This has the beneficial
side effect of allowing it to build with Ruby 1.9. It seems
to work with Ruby 1.9 now, but the test harness doesn't so
Ruby 1.9 support remains unofficial for now.
