Hello Robert, can this script be used on stream depots?

Some observations (not about this change but I can't see anywhere else to comment):
It doesn't seem to work on Windows (7), I haven't tried it on Linux.

Particular issues: p4passwd has to be commented out in the config file otherwise it is set to '' and the test against None fails then it logs in with a blank password
Clobber test fails for some reason, I commented that out of p4transfer.py
Setting workspace roots to c:\temp\p4transfer caused a problem (mismatch? I've forgotten already), changing to c:/temp/p4transfer allowed it to run but then P4 barfed on chmod c:/temp/p4transfer\blah\blah

Then I gave up and just used the workspaces to transfer the tip files manually.
