Adjusted to use 'downloads' rather than 'dist'.

Enhanced docs.

Fixed bug where script failed if 'downloads' directory
didn't already exist.

Removed '-s' (show tarfile contents) flag, and made
showing contents the default behavior (thus making it
behavve the same for UNIX/Linux and Windows, which
always shows *.zip file contents.).
