sdp_ugprade.sh v1.6.6:
* Doc changes only; no functional change.
* Fixed doc issue where docs generated with '-man' on a non-SDP machine
have bogus content.
* Added doc content re: upgrade of SDP with NFS sharing of HxDepots.
* Enhanced content in SDP Upgrade Planning section.
