Added new test group OnlineInstallBasicOldP4D, needed to
test fix to SDP-1182 (bug in install_sdp.sh ignoring when
an old p4d version was specified).

Changed test setup commands to make it more robust after recent
changes to DANGER_CLEAN.sh.
