Updated p4*state.sh scripts to latest stock versions from ftp.perforce.com.
This change undoes the SDP adjustments in favor of getting the latest raw
p4*state.sh scripts captured. Later we can re-SDPify these.
Changed type to remove '+k', to indicate these are literal copies of the
original scripts. We'll re-add the +k if we add the standard SDP VersionID
block to these p4*.state.sh scripts.
