Regenerate all doc/gen/*.man.txt (and sdp_install.cfg): dev's copies were stale relative to current script content, some quite badly (e.g.
upgrade.sh.man.txt still showed old 'Helix Core'-branded v4.14.0 text). Routine Step 13 catch-up, prompted by regenerating sdp_upgrade.sh.man.txt for the EDITME fix in change 33485 and finding the rest were stale too.
