Drop 'at least' from the security=4 wording in upgrade.sh and ReleaseNotes.adoc.
Per the user: more precise/simple, and avoids drawing attention to security levels above 4 (which exist in P4D but aren't supported by SDP yet and may be buggy). Regenerated doc/gen/upgrade.sh.man.txt (and picked up an incidental sdp_upgrade.sh.man.txt version-string refresh) and doc/ReleaseNotes.{html,pdf}.
