Merge down from r26.1.0 -> main.

Web page only fix.

Adjusted URLs to PDFS in Documentation References so they work from the main URL,
https://workshop.perforce.com/projects/perforce-software-sdp

They worked from the path-based URLs, e.g https://workshop.perforce.com/files/p4-sdp/main/README.md
but not from the /projects/ URL.
