Enhance p4survey topology and report summaries
- Add pure-Go editable SVG topology output, including saved JSON input and
optional Graphviz sfdp layout.
- Include the p4survey version and change number in generated reports.
- Add compact counts for labels and client workspaces.
- On Linux SDP hosts, summarize recent checkpoint duration and p4verify status
and error totals from SDP logs, including rotated log files.
- Update documentation and test coverage.
