Enhance p4survey reporting and add controlled replica archive seeding
- Bump p4survey to version 0.4.
- Extend local-server survey reports with configured P4LOG and P4JOURNAL file
sizes, and increase retained journal history to eight entries.
- On Linux SDP hosts, include a time-ordered listing of server log files and
retain SDP checkpoint and verification summaries.
- Add tests for configuration-path parsing, configured file-size reporting,
and SDP log listing.
