Keep p4d maintenance tracking quiet while preserving configured daemon tracking.
Scope the private service marker to actual starts, update installer wrappers and deployment documentation, and add tracking regressions. Validated both case modes on Ubuntu and RHEL UBI 8/9/10: 32 live scenarios and 539 offline tests per platform; focused tests pass on Bash 3.2 and 5.3. Rebuild sdp.tgz from the validated source.
