Bug fix.
P4#save_* methods previously only accepted one argument,
now, you can pass extras. This allows you to run commands like:
p4.save_client( spec, "-f" ) # i.e. "p4 client -i -f"
Note that you must still pass the spec as the first argument, and
the flags must follow.
