Change 4324
Adding Win32 support.
This includes the addition of a config.w32 Win32
build file, a handful of ZTS fixes, the extraction of the PHPClientUser
class (and its p4api header dependency) to a separate header file, and
the removal of the p4api_version.h auto-generated file (which may return
