Change 4820
Speed-up call list and message list update by combining them
into one query of the LDAP database instead of two. Now the
data from the LDAP database is distributed by a Qt signal to
all interested parties. Still could be snappier, we don't
currently limit the update to a specific mailbox which would be
optimal. Some other time.
