review daemon: add to the subject the common base path for the files in the changelist.
E.g. for a changelist that affects the following files:
//depot/My/Project/v1/src/main.cpp
//depot/My/Project/v1/Makefile
the subject becomes:
PERFORCE change 1234 for review (//depot/My/Project/v1/...)
E.g. for a changelist that affects the following files:
//depot/My/Project/v1/src/main.cpp
//depot/My/Project/v1/Makefile
the subject becomes:
PERFORCE change 1234 for review (//depot/My/Project/v1/...)
