I'm in the middle of implementing a "dog food" test that syncs bzr2p4 to
Perforce. It doesn't work yet. Patch fails to apply some hunks. I think
the trouble is CRLF line endings. I tried giving the --binary option to
patch, and that made it fail on an earlier revision containing a Perforce
keyword expansion. I'm considering abandoning the use of patch even before
getting the dog food test to pass. I could bzr checkout or bzr cat to the
staging directory instead of relying on patch to apply the diff.
