zLinux porting changes.
This is Linux running on an s390x platform,
the x means 64-bit. The only change required was to ensure that
jam guessed the OSPLAT correctly.
I left the old (32-bit) OSPLAT alone (390), but chose s390x for this
one as that's what 'uname -a' reports.
Porting change only.
