Description:
Handle scenario where case-insensitive is specified with Sample Depot.
With the Helix Installer, if CaseSensitive=0 is set in settings.cfg,
it chokes loading the case-sensitive Sample Depot.
Possible fixes:
* Download the case-inesnsitive Sample Depot, and use that if
case-insensitive is specified.
* Refuse to load the Sample Depot if case-inesnsitive is desired;
make '-no_sd' (no Sample Depot) be implied.
