Description:
Enhance SDP to support daisy chaining replicas.
The mkrep.sh (and possibly mkdirs.sh) will require
modification to support daisy chaining replicas.
For example, a set of regional edge servers in Europe
might P4TARGET a regional forwarding replica, which in
turn has P4TARGET pointing to the master across an
ocean, so data traverses the ocean only once.
This can be supported presently with the SDP with
manual configuration, but is not documented not easy
to setup.
