Add CLIENT_SPEC action to create hand-crafted client specs.
Add VERIFY option to UPDATE action, to do a deep verification.
Fix RENAME option, renamed RENAME to MOVE, and added RENAME
as a synonym for MOVE.
Shorten error messages by removing redundant 'Aborting'
comment in bail() calls, as messages are already prefixed
with 'FATAL:'.
Enhance auditing and fix issues with parallel submits.
