Fixed issue with sample systemd wrappers.
# Workaround two SDP bugs:
# 1) delete "NetworkManager-wait-online.service" from "After" and
"Requires"
# 2) change "User" from "perforce" to "root"
NetManage is used on desktop Ubuntu but not server Ubuntu.
I should say that NetworkManager-wait-online.service is probably
fine on a Desktop (and laptop) version of Ubuntu. You can even run
it on Server Ubuntu's, but you would have to apt-get install it (it
isn't native).
