Define how Git Fusion is to be included in the SDP.

This should be minimal effort, essentially providing SDP-like paths for the
location of Git triggers.

We'll assume an Linux install for this.

This job, SDP-8, was originally named job000063, and for a time named job000276.

[2017/04/03 tom_tyler]: This feature is deemed worthy, but there is no immediate plan
to address this.  A consideration is that normalaizing the structure to SDP-style,
while it would enable multiple instances of Git Fusion on the machine, might also
complicate installation, making it so package installers could not be used.  It's
not clear how that could be avoided, so this is a very low priority request for now.
