Right now it is the one on the path, with the previous converter we could specify
any absolute path to a different "p4d". From case 00107916

Perhaps I'm missing something, but I don't call P4 or P4D during the conversion. The converter either connects to a running Perforce server using P4JAVA (IMPORT mode) or creates a journal/archive files (CONVERT mode).
