The "Enable Perforce Integration" setting is not saved/restored from the Registry.
A quick scan through the code suggests that in Config.cs, PerforceEnabledPrefName is unused. This appears to be related to the inability for you to disable Perforce Integration using the Perforce Settings > Enable Perforce Integration checkbox.

Yes I disabled the Enable Perforce Preference in the registry.
You mention an "Inability to disable perforce Integration". What evidence do you have for this?
Generally I recommend using the "Enable Perforce Integration" as a way to reinitialize P4Connect after making configuration changes.
Repro.
1, Load Unity
2, Edit > Perforce Settings > Uncheck "Enable Perforce Integration"
3, Close Perforce Settings Window
4, Start Game
5, Edit > Perforce Settings - note that "Enable Perforce Integration" is now checked.
If there's another way of disabling perforce integration, it would be nice to know as (currently) once it's imported, you can't turn it off.
