Dev Notes
- Priority: High
norman_morse After investigating this issue, I was initially able to reproduce it, but it went away after I
erased all existing settings and then connected to the server, and then "save settings" again.
I think Unity gets confused with old registry entries from version 4.

In OSX editor preferences are stored in ~/Library/Preferences/com.unity3d.UnityEditor.plist.
Does this file exist for you?
What version of OSX are you running?
When you start up Unity does it remember your existing projects?
Please send the above information to support@perforce.com and I'll be glad to open a support case for this.
Thanks!
I will email this information to support@perforce.com, but I'll place it here as well.
1) Preferences file
Yes, ~/Library/Preferences/com.unity3d.UnityEditor.plist does exist for me, but it appears to not actually be used since right next to it there is a 5.x file that has been modified today after I made some editor pref changes.
~/Library/Preferences/com.unity3d.UnityEditor.plist
~/Library/Preferences/com.unity3d.UnityEditor4.x.plist
~/Library/Preferences/com.unity3d.UnityEditor5.x.plist
2) OS Version
OSX Version: 10.10.5
3) Yes, Unity remembers my existing project on startup
Additionally, here are the contents of my 5.x.plist P4Connect section (Server URI and password redacted)
