Description:
	The renumbered changelist number should be used in changeMap.txt.
	
	If there is a concurrent submit during a front-door conversion,
	and the converter submits a change which gets renumbered on submit,
	the original change number is saved in the change map.
	
	The submitted change number should be used instead.
