Initially, tkp4 is just a clone of p4win.exe for UNIX (it might also
run on NT when complete), but then I plan to add extras such as
one-step macros (or guided wizards) for such multi-step activities as
creating branches, etc.
 
For now, just place all files in a directory such as
/usr/local/share/tkp4. In it's final form, tkp4 will likely just be one
self-contained file.
 
Edit the "tkp4" script file to match this location and install the
tkp4 file in your path.
 
tkp4 requires Tcl/Tk 8.0 or newer, which you can get from:

I haven't tested tkp4 with Tcl/Tk v8.2 yet.
 
Hummingbird eXceed bug
======================
 
A bug in the Hummingbird eXceed window manager causes window titlebar
changes not to be recognized unless you withdraw and reshow the
window. This causes noticible flashing in tkp4 when you change
clients, users or hosts (only when using eXceed).
