This directory contains version 0.1, dated 7/97 of perl wrappers which provide
an Aegis-like development process on top of the perforce 'p4' client. See the
file 'Overview.html' for details.

These files are all packaged up in a single tar file inside a './p4' directory.
To install the package, pick any directory the developers have access to (for
example, '/usr/local'), and open the tar file there. You may need to change the
'#!' line in each of the 'p4*' files to the proper location of 'perl'. Then,
move the 'p4' client to the 'lib' subdirectory. The 'Overview.html' file
contains a section about setting things up once you are at this stage.
Admittedly it is a cubmersome process.
