The patch supplied here is intended to be applied to the rlog.c in the
standard RCS 5.7 source code release, which may be obtained at:

  ftp://ftp.cs.purdue.edu/pub/RCS/

This distribution of cvs2p4 uses the modified rlog to parse RCS
metadata.

I hope to include binaries of the modified rlog command for popular
cvs2p4 hosts in a future release. For now, you'll need to build it
yourself, installing the result as .../cvs2p4/bin/rlog, where
bin/genmetadata expects to find it.
