<p>SCM experience includes: Perforce on NT, Windows 95, Solaris, HP/UX,
VAX/VMS, Alpha/VMS and Alpha/Unix; CVS on Unix and Windows 9x/NT;
CMS on VMS; SCCS/RCS on Unix and NT; PVCS on NT; StarTeam on Windows 95. Experienced at putting SCM into "uncontrolled"
development environments and tightening up on development
standards and procedures including release management and testing.

<p>Robert has worked with companies such as <a href="http://www.symbian.com">Symbian</a>
providing consultancy for the planning and implementation of Perforce, rolling
it out to over 300 developers around the world. He has also conducted a number
of training courses both for them and for other Perforce clients.
